Bauer is the lead pastor of Crossway Church, in Franklin, MA. As lead pastor, Bauer gives direction to the leadership team and staff, functions as the primary preaching pastor and helps cast vision for the overall direction of the church and its ministries.Prior to leading the launch of Crossway in 2001, he was a high school history teacher for 15 years in the western suburbs of Philadelphia. His formal training for pastoral ministry has included course work at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, Southern Seminary and Westminster Theological Seminary. In addition, he graduated from the Pastors College followed by 12 month church planting internship at Covenant Fellowship Church (www.covfel.org). He is married to his best friend, Linda Evans, and has four grown children, all Patriots fans!
Dave is an associate bi-vocational pastor at Crossway. He leads our children’s ministry, prayer teams, small group ministry and assists in our preaching ministry. He, his wife Roxanne, and three daughters relocated to Attleboro from Ohio to help launch our church. A native of New Hampshire, Dave has served in pastoral ministry in New Hampshire and Ohio prior to being ordained in 2011 at Crossway. Dave is a graduate of Berkshire Christian College, with a bachelor’s degree in theology.
Dan is an associate, bi-vocational pastor at Crossway. He provides pastoral direction and care to our worship team, single adults, and assists in our preaching ministry. He and his wife Megan have three young children. Dan is a graduate of Gordon College with a bachelor’s degree in Biblical and Theological Studies and a graduate from our Pastors College (2009). Dan was ordained in 2013.
