Bauer Evans
Bauer has been leading Crossway since it began in 2001. He and his wife Linda have raised four children and are now enjoying life as “empty nesters.” He loves spending time with her, as well as cycling, tennis, hiking New England and traveling too. A coffee enthusiast and novice pitmaster, he is learning how to smoke meat on his Traeger whenever he can.
Dave Magoon
Dave serves as an associate pastor at Crossway, where he leads the small group and prayer ministries and regularly assists with preaching. Ordained at Crossway in 2011, Dave brings a wealth of experience from many years in pastoral ministry.
Originally from New England, Dave and his wife, Roxanne, moved from Ohio to return to the region in 2001, along with their three daughters. They’re grateful to once again call New England home. Dave enjoys flower gardening, landscaping, reading, juggling, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Dan Roca
Dan serves as an associate and bi-vocational pastor at Crossway, where he provides pastoral care and leadership for the worship team. Ordained in 2013, Dan brings both spiritual guidance and musical talent to the church, playing instruments such as the mandolin, mandocello, and guitar.
Dan and his wife, Megan, are parents to five children and have a deep heart for foster care and adoption. Outside of ministry, Dan works full-time in software development. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, rock climbing, cooking, and mountain biking.
