Bauer Evans is the lead pastor of Crossway Church, in Franklin, MA. He is a native of the Philadelphia suburbs but relocated in 2001 to help plant Crossway Church (www.crosswayma.org). Crossway relocated to its permanent home in Franklin, MA in spring of 2011. He is married to his best friend, Linda Evans, celebrating 25 years of marriage together, and has four grown children, all Patriots fans! Bauer still roots for the Eagles, though! Prior to pastoral ministry, Bauer was a high school social studies teacher for 13 years in public, private, and private Christian high schools in the western suburbs of Philadelphia. His formal training for pastoral ministry includes course work at Gordon Conwelll Theological Seminary, Westminster Theological Seminary (CCEF), and Southern Seminary. In addition, he graduated from the Pastors College (May 2000) followed by a 12 month church planting internship at Covenant Fellowship Church, Glen Mills, PA.
Dave, Roxanne, and their three daughters moved to Attleboro from Akron, Ohio as part of our original church planting team. Dave has served in pastoral ministry at churches in Ohio and New Hampshire, before being a part of Sovereign Grace Ministries. Dave graduated from Berkshire Christian College in 1978, with a bachelors degree in theology. Dave serves as a bi-vocational pastor at Crossway, teaching, leading our prayer ministry, and helping to provide care to our families and our single adults. He was ordained in September, 2011.
Dan and Megan have three young children (a daughter and two sons). Dan is a native Massachusetts resident and grew up in the town of Uxbridge. He graduated from Gordon College in 2004, with a bachelor’s degree in Biblical and Theological Studies and more recently graduated from Sovereign Grace Ministries Pastors College in 2009. Dan serves as a bi-vocational pastor at Crossway, teaching new and younger believers, leading worship, and preaching on occasion. He was ordained in May, 2013.
